Does it matter where the stuff you buy comes from? At Ohio’s Winding Road, we believe it does.
We’ve put a lot of thought into the products that go into our marketplace and support our local entrepreneurs. These are people who live and work in rural Ohio across the Ohio’s Winding Road nine county region.
Our Marketplace Pop-Up, is full of authentic local products ranging from artwork, crafts, food, wellness items, historical films, books, and music. Each product has been carefully chosen to highlight many of the different makers.
We are always looking for new producers to join our network and developing new product lines to reflect our mission. These pieces carry the Ohio’s Winding Road logo as a signal to customers that they are taking home locally-made products.
It’s not a perfect system, but it is one that we’ve put thought into, that we feel lives up to our Common Agenda and is making a difference to small-scale producers and business owners in rural OH – and that we feel the consumer, in return, can feel good about.
